As a full time professional realtor with over 10 years of marketing and sales experience, Brenda Poling-Chandler has become one of Anderson's top realtors.

For almost 6 years, Brenda was an advertising representative for The Anderson Independent Mail in Anderson, SC & for The Augusta Chronicle in Augusta, GA. For years her peers, clients & friends would tell her that she had the personality and demeanor for real estate. Her professionalism, dependability, honesty, and friendly giving nature make her a natural "people person." As she began to pray about her career God began to open the doors of opportunity for her and she followed His lead.

Brenda really enjoys the new construction side of real estate. With her earlier studies in interior design, she works with a lot of quality builders in the area, helping them pick out great house plans, updated paint colors, beautiful lights & etc. Her philosophy is, if she can't find you the perfect home, she will help you find a builder to build it!

Selling or buying a home is a challenge and Brenda definitely loves a challenge. Her strongest attributes are in getting listings and selling them fast! She uses her extensive advertising background and area knowledge to your advantage. With an unwavering focus, she is driven to go the extra mile to make your real estate experience a pleasant one!

To help serve her clients better, Brenda is a member of the Anderson Association of Realtors, the Anderson Multiple Listing Service and the Greenville Multiple Listing Service.

Brenda is married to a wonderful husband Darrell Chandler and they are the proud parents of three children: Ryan, Brittany and Morgan. They are members of New Spring Community Church and they help serve every Sunday as volunteers.

Grace Cardona is a full-time Realtor that graduated from the Lee Patterson School of Real Estate. She attended Glendale Community College in California majoring in Financing and Psychology.

Grace joined The Brenda Chandler Team in January, 2005. With years in the Real Estate Business, she discovered that caring for clients is the most important aspect of her job.

Her commitment to ongoing education in marketing, financing, and buyer and seller representation, ensures her clients of a complete, professional approach necessary in today's market. Her clients and customers count on her knowledge and background to provide them with insight and direction in their real estate plans.

Grace is a Relocation Specialist (VIP) and she is currently working on her Graduate, Realtor Institute designation (GRI). She is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, South Carolina Association of Realtors®, the Anderson Association of Realtors®, and the Upstate Multiple Listing Service.

Grace is fluent in Spanish and involved in helping the Anderson Hispanic community to progress and make the right decision to buy or sell their home.

She is happily married to Rolando for over 25 years and has an adorable mascot, Misky. She is a people, nature and animal lover.
